Coordination of construction issues is of great importance in the management practice of any state. In our opinion, coordination mechanisms can also provide significant assistance here, as has already been noted in science [1].

Coordination forms of interaction in the field of preliminary approval of construction in Lithuania have their own characteristics, which may well be considered by us on the example of approval of construction by an association of disabled people. In accordance with Resolution Government of Republic of Lithuania No. 1408 "On the approval of the national program for social integration of persons with disabilities for 2013-2019" dated 21 November 2012 [2], it is stipulated that "12.1 Associations representing persons with disabilities participated in approval of construction work projects to be built in the information system of building permits and state monitoring of construction activities of the Republic of Lithuania "Infostatyba" (hereinafter - the information system "Infostatyba") and participation in the work of commissions when accepting construction work related to disabled people since 2010 of the year. Their representatives, on average, study more than 1,250 construction projects submitted for approval on an annual basis, participate in the work of commissions for the acceptance of buildings related to disabled people in all municipalities, and make recommendations on adapting the environment for disabled people to architects. The participation of a representative of associations of persons with disabilities in the supervision of the adaptation of the social environment ensures the adaptation of newly built and reconstructed buildings to the needs of persons with disabilities; however, due to limited financial resources, the allocation of funds to pay such specialists is insufficient.

13.1.1. in order to improve the legal regulation of the adaptation of the environment for persons with disabilities, the provisions of legal acts applying the laws should be closer to the requirements set out in Article 6 (3) of the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Construction, which requires flexible forms of support encouraging the adaptation of public buildings to the needs of persons with disabilities through cooperation and the use of various sources of funding. Associations representing persons with disabilities participate in coordinating projects published in the Infostatyba information system, participating in the work of commissions when accepting construction work important for persons with disabilities, as well as monitoring and controlling the adaptation of the public environment.

The above examples convincingly show how highly the legislative and executive branches value the coordination legal technology and how actively they use it. A very positive point is the establishment in each case of strict terms of control over the work of the coordinating bodies, that is, the coordination process is not allowed to take its course, it is actively monitored.
